My goals and more...
I am Alivia Belonga, the owner of KinderK9 Dog Training! Dogs give us their all and do it with love in their hearts. I want to give back by improving their lives through training.
My goals...
- Prevent or fix owner frustration.
- Help create stable minded companions.
- Prevent dogs from needing to return or be sent to overcrowded shelters.
- Provide affordable training to people and dogs in need.
I have always had a passion for dogs. I grew up with them and did agility with them from the young age of 7. Eventually, I got into dog training when I got my first dog Bailey and struggled with his behavior. I did lots of research on training techniques and slowly incorporated those techniques into our daily life to help both my dog and I. Additionally, I started working at a dog daycare and kennel facility for a few years, and realized a lot of dogs had the same struggles as my own. That was when I realized that I'm not alone, and if anything... I could use my knack for dog training to help other dogs and their owners.

About me!
Of course you want to know more about the person working with you're fur-covered family member! So here's more about me!
I live in a cozy home in Walker, Grand rapids with my little family, our cats, and of course... My dogs.
I grew up around dogs ever since I was a baby. The older I got, I started brushing, bathing, walking, training, and doing agility with my families dogs. I currently own 2 dogs named Peklo, and Kavattica. Peklo is a German Shepherd Dog who will hopefully be competing in protection sports and scent work. Kavattica is a German Shepherd who is also training in protection sports.
However, our founding dog Bailey was a 5 year old mix of mostly American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, and Australian shepherd. He was my very first dog of my own, who ultimately got me to start getting serious about dog training. I owe this business to him
Additionally, I have fostered, and rehabilitated dogs with a variety of issues and/or traumas. It is my goal to continue to foster, train, and place dogs into their forever homes.
